13. Dayton – Wright-Patterson Air Force Base – 17 September 2011

Flew into Dayton. Had breakfast at Waffle Hut.

Didn’t see too much of the area — whistle stop tour, in and out quickly. The run was around and through Wright-Patterson Air Force Base — never ran through a military base before!

It was a good run, the morning was crisp but warmed up nicely. The Air Force guys cheered us on — plenty of high fives and support.

And at the end — the air museum had a bunch of vintage planes — that was pretty cool!
