35. Goldsboro – 2 February 2013

Running the Fifty the way I did meant that logistics were often challenging. I wanted to finish all the races before the end of my 50th year, and sometimes races were hard to find. Races were not always available, sometimes I arrived at a location and did not make the start line, so needed to reschedule.

North Carolina has a large running community, and lots of races in Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte. Goldsboro, where I completed this state, is not one of the big North Carolina cities, but it was a nice run.
