4. Fayetteville – 10 April 2010

Rolled up to Fayetteville, Arkansas this morning, ready to run the Hogeye. Fayetteville is the home to University of Arkansas Razorbacks, and is in close proximity to the home of retail — Bentonville, where Walmart’s home office is located.

I was in the US to look around at a couple of potential places to live – we were moving back to USA from Australia and Northwest Arkansas looked like it could fit the bill. It did, in the end, and I ended up moving to Rogers, Arkansas to be part of the IBM Walmart Account team.

But the run was good — friendly folks, a couple of hills, and a nice run through Fayetteville and U of A. Go pig sooie!
